What to bring

What to Wear
We recommend you wear your bathers as you WILL get WET!  You may even want to include a towel.  Alternatively we do have poncho’s you can wear.

We also provide sunglasses for the ocean spray but feel free to bring your own.

Sun Safe
Please wear sunscreen or ask the crew for some.  We also recommend you also wear a hat. We promote sun safety at all times.

Photography
Everyone loves to take a photo and/or video.  If you can’t share it to social media it didn’t happen right?

However, depending on weather conditions, there may be ocean spray and/or light rain, so a waterproof camera or action cam would be highly recommended.  

Terms + Conditions

• Minimum age 5 years old, weather permitting. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Persons under the age of 13 are deemed to be children.
• Children’s fares are for the age of under 13.
• A waiver must be signed by a guardian for people under the age of 16.
• Tour can be cancelled at short notice due to inclement weather. In the event this occurs rescheduling to an alternative date will be organised for a convenient time.
• All passengers ride at their own risk. All passengers are to sign a waiver of liability,
• Suitable for persons with normal health or fitness.
• People with neck or back problems or who are pregnant are to remain onshore.
• All booked passengers must be at the jetty 20 minutes before departure.
• Westcoast Jet reserves the right to refuse entry for whatever reason.
• Passengers are likely to get wet and are advised not to carry valuable property whilst on the boat. Although all care is taken Westcoast Jet does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any lost or damaged property.
• Food or beverage must not be consumed onboard.
• A minimum of 6 passengers are required for a Thrill Ride tour to proceed. Group bookings start at 13 passengers. (Does this mean private hire?)

Cancellation Conditions

• Once a booking is made we expect the customer to honour their booking. We are not responsible for no shows with group bookings. If you book the seats you are totally responsible for your group showing up. No refunds will be entered into for no shows by any of your group.
• Tour cancelled with more than 48 hours notice: 50% booking fee.
• Tour cancelled with 48-24hours notice: 75% booking fee.
• Tour cancelled with less than 24 hours notice: No refund & tour can be rescheduled at an agreed date & time for a $20.00 per person fee (has to be taken in the same season).
• Late arrivals who miss their scheduled departure can be rescheduled for the next available departure on the day of booking only, if possible, and a fee of $20.00 per person booked will be due if we are not successful in on-selling those seats.
• No show by customer: No refund. No reschedule.
• Tour cancelled due to weather/wind conditions. No refund and tour can be rescheduled.

Our tours depart from the jetty directly adjacent to the landing of Cicerello’s in Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour.
